Juice

I got a little obsessive with stocking and zoning the juice wall today.I actually had every juice in stock today.

Tamales part 2.

So tamales came out ok.some to much masa,others not enough sauce.not bad for first time making these.only thing I found out is the steam from the pot is pretty hot.as u can see in pic below I burned my arm with the steam

Our mom always tried to get us to make tamles with her as we were growing up.did we.no..but look at us now.our brothers and us on christmas eve making tamales together..I think mom just rolled over in her grave.

Here I am working christmas eve,im sweeping up an empty produce backroom by myself,no produce associates here right now.while the song blue christmas plays on intercom.i find this kinda depressing..lol

Theres something in the fog

Walk out of the house this morning and the fog is so thick and its windy..so I cant see shit and all I hear is the wind in the trees..pretty cool but creepy as fuck

Communication station

At work I have this whiteboard hanging up so  the produce team can leave notes for each other,stuff like that.here is the last two notes they left me..

Observation

Im sitting outside on lunch break and this guy comes and sits down..he obviously just came from working out at the gym.he was dressed in workout clothes and stuff.and what does he do lights up a cigarette.I was thinking to myself your kinda defeating your purpose,working out then smoking..

Shoe laces

Yesterday at work i was on the sales floor and fell and almost cracked my head open on the refrigerated wall..I stepped on shoe laces while stepping back and I fell backwards..before I realized what happened my associate, a big samoan dude ,had with one arm pulled me up off the sales floor..lol.he told me we were talking and I looked over and you were falling back said it scared him..I went home and cut the length of my shoe laces.stupid shoes I got of course at my place of employment..

Still

Still working with this migraine,three days now.so my patience is low.very low..I walk into work and back room is filled with posienta plants that are not sellable.they r not my departments why leave them here..I put them in a cradboard tote which filled it and wheeled it and the broken boxes of lightbulbs they left back here too to the proper area.then department 1 took space from my area to put up some  of their shit..I hate that dont come up here when im not here and do this shit it pisses me off.they dont do that shit when I am here..fuckers..I need this migraine to go away...like now or its gonna get ugly around here

I hate

I hate waking up with a headache..this one is getting worse as day goes on..feels like my head is in a vice and someone keeps making the grip tighter..cant wait til 230pm rolls around ill be off work and I got 2morro off.

Rain.

Yesterday when it rained really bad,I was at work and our produce truck came.well we go to unload it and driver opens the trailer door and I guess driver didnt back up far enough and it left a gap between truck and the dock wall causing it to rain on us pretty steady as we unloaded the truck.never have had that happen before.then it rained so much and flooded a bit at the dock we didnt think we were gonna be able to unload anymore trucks that day.its hard to tell in pic.but water was really high

Cuties

Cuties is having this contest for the store I work in.each store submits a pic of their display of cuties and the one that draws the most attention and yells out cuties/stocking stuffers wins.the winning store gets a pizza party and the produce dept gets a trophy..heres what we came up with..what do u think.we submit pic tomorrow and find out winner in january.

Organic juice

Had to dump some organic juice that went out of date today.it kinda looked neat in the sink.what do u think?

Tree

Made a christmas tree today at work.I think the pineapple really makes the tree..lol
