Managment at my place of employment needs to stop bitching at Me about the banana issue we are having..this isn't my fault..if their zone manager would just keep her hands out of produce things would be fine..and listen to me when I say no you really shouldn't change the on hand count of the bananas and you shouldn't order 2500lbs from a secondary wherehouse cause our main wherehouse will send us 3000lb the next day cause you changed the on hand..don't bitch at me when we had throw 1000lb of bananas yesterday cause they went bad.if you would have listened in the first place we wouldn't be here..but what do I know.i have only worked produce for 3+ years and upper management has dealt with produce what,8 months or so now at this store..so yeah I just work here..its driving me nuts, they are making it harder then it has to be..I think they view knowledge as power here and they aren't ready to recognize I know more then they do about it...and I know more only be cause I have been through all these issues  before and I know how it turns out...ok enough of that
