Last night we went to the community garden where our friends have plots where they planted tomato's,corn,squash and some other stuff which i cant remember right now.lol. Then we went over to Mont lake and watched the sunset. which was really cool.Here are a few pics from last night

Well things are pretty much the same here regarding the job situation. The weather is changing its now in the mid 70's to 80's during the day,cloudy and when the wind picks up its fucking cold its nice but cold, and about 50 or so at night. We have been told that the leaves on the trees will start to change colors soon.That will be kinda cool,never experienced different seasons before.What is kinda neat is that amount of sky we see here,when we step outside its like you can see for forever. i don't know its just a trip.Not like back in California where you see a little bit of sky because there's all the buildings and shit in the way .
The town is starting to shut down summer activities like the water park,the farmers market stuff like that. The movie theater is changing their hours, the first movie doesn't start until 4pm.Kids went back to school today. With school starting back the speed limits have dropped in this town from a whopping 30-35 to 20-25.The five cops in town are probably going to have fun giving out speeding tickets this week, they got nothing better to do here.
Zelda,Amtrak and greyhound are all doing fine, a bunch of happy campers.lol..Got a library card the other day. been checking out dvds. For those of you who have read the posts up here about the redneck lights here's is the latest set of lights that have been strung up...

Well i guess that's it for now.to our family and friends reading this..we love you and miss you guys..(well...most of you anyway...lol..)

Sorry haven't posted in awhile. Not much going on up here. Still no job. We applied at two more places Saturday. Went to the movies yesterday saw Pineapple Express. It was a funny movie, We liked it.We were the only two people in the theater for awhile but then two other people came in for a grand total of 4 people watching that movie..lol..its a little creepy when your the only ones in there. It rained here yesterday,lots of wind too there was suppose to be thunder and lighting but we didn't hear or see any.

Aug.10th. California

Just heard from home and the kid made mom a cake and got a niece, a nephew, our dad and one of our brothers to sing happy birthday. Part of me wishes we were down with them today.Glad they did do something for her, and that it didn't pass as just another day,she would have liked that.

movies we saw

this week we saw x-files,we were the only three people in the theater watching it..it was a good movie we liked it. then yesterday we saw step brothers..we liked this one too, we laughed a lot.If you like Will Ferrell movies you'll like this one.

Aug.10th......moms Birthday....happy birthday mom.....Its going to be a hard day today.

Mon. Night

Tonight we went to go look at stars at this park by the lake. It was cool there was no lights so you could see an amazing amount of stars.We saw the milky way, we never saw that before only in books, saw satellites and a shooting star(That was the longest one we ever saw,it was pretty big). Before we did that we went to the community gardens where john and his family have plots and they watered them..here is pics of some sunflowers that are growing there.We had a good time tonight.

john took down the redneck lights that included the little blue M&M guy, well i got a hold of one and hid it...here is where he found it this morning..i hid it in the ice try..lol...


We also took one of his Yankees caps and hid it on him.. he found that this morning too.. John has informed us "its on now"..."its war"...lol...well here are some pics of john from the picnic today.Sorry john...had to post them...lol..

weekend news

Over the weekend we went with our friends to pick up their youngest from camp on Saturday.. its a nice ride. You've seen the pictures i posted them before. Then on Sunday we went to the movies and saw the new mummy movie...save your money and wait till it comes out on DVD to see it.. wasn't that good.still no news on a job yet, hopefully it will happen soon.

The string of redneck lights john put up on balcony are still there but he added a few new ones to it to make it look even more redneck.he added cows, moose,Budweiser bottles and my personal favorite a blue M&M(thanks john).lol
